Neurowave is live internet radio you run from a browser tab, with an AI production suite behind it. Go on air with a microphone, a music bed and sound-effect pads; when you step away, an AI co-host introduces tracks, reads the weather and keeps the channel streaming 24 hours a day. Listen free to 10 house channels on the dial — lo-fi, jazz, classical, horror stories, country, rock and ambient meditation — or launch a station of your own.
Most browser broadcasting tools give you a microphone and little else. Neurowave puts a whole desk in the tab: sound-effect pads you can fire mid-show, an eight-band equaliser, a cleared music catalogue, an AI co-host for your off-air hours, AI script and sponsor-read generation, 31 synthetic voices plus voice cloning, and automated scheduling.
What the AI does not do is make the music. Our catalogue is written and performed by human artists, released under Creative Commons licences, attributed and cleared for commercial use — nothing in it is AI-generated. Creators may also upload their own recordings, and they are asked to confirm a person made them.
Every station on Neurowave sits at a frequency, and the dial on the homepage sweeps the band — press SCAN and it plays five seconds of each until you hear something you want to stay with.
Pick a format, add your music or point an existing podcast RSS feed at it, and your station is on air. When you want to present live, open the console in your browser: microphone, music bed and sound-effect pads, straight to air. When you are away, the AI co-host introduces tracks, reads the weather and keeps the channel running until your next show. Track selection can be yours by hand, or sequenced by genre, tempo and mood.
Neurowave is free to listen to, and free to launch your first station. We support the service through non-intrusive display advertising via Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website and other websites. Is Neurowave free to listen to? Yes, completely free with no sign-up required.
Where does the music come from? Our catalogue comes from Creative Commons libraries — the Internet Archive, ccMixter and Jamendo. Every track in it is performed by a human musician, and tracks carrying non-commercial or no-derivatives restrictions are filtered out, so what plays is cleared for commercial use. Creators can also upload their own recordings to their own stations.
Is the music AI-generated? No. Every track is written and performed by a real artist. Only the co-host's spoken voice is synthesised.
Does the AI replace human presenters? No. You present your own shows live from the browser console. The co-host covers the hours you are not on air, so the station never falls silent.
Can I keep publishing to Spotify? Yes. Point your existing podcast RSS feed at Neurowave and your back catalogue becomes a 24/7 station. You lose nothing and change nothing.
What browsers work? Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and all modern mobile browsers.
Is the co-host voice real? No — it is generated with text-to-speech. You can also record your own intros, or clone your own voice.
